How are NatureRails shipped and what are the lead times?

Most orders are shipped through the uShip network, allowing us to safely transport large decorative railing panels nationwide. Typical production lead times are 4 to 6 weeks, with delivery schedules varying based on carrier availability and destination.

How are items packaged for shipping?

Products are securely wrapped and prepared for transport by professional freight carriers. Most shipments are protective-wrapped and blanket-covered during transit to help prevent damage.

Do you ship to Canada and other countries?

Yes. We ship throughout the United States, Canada, and select international destinations. Buyers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, and import requirements.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Because every NatureRails product is fabricated to order, returns and exchanges are not available once production begins. Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that period, the order enters production and cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or exchanged.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through our secure checkout system. For larger commercial orders exceeding $5,000, please contact our office to discuss additional payment options.

What are your order, cancellation, and refund terms?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once production begins, all sales are considered final due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

Do NatureRails products include a warranty?

Yes. NatureRails products include a limited 90-day warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty coverage does not include improper installation, misuse, alterations, or normal wear and weathering.
