Metal Deck Railing – Maintenance Free means no wood rot or sanding!

Adding welding to your project? With the welding options, you will receive your decorative deck railing panel with welded square tubing around the perimeter of the panel. This makes your metal art panel extra durable as well as maintenance free. Optionally, a 2.25″ or 1.75″ wide metal cap rail is welded to the top to be used as the handrail. Two installation tabs are welded to the sides of each panel, as depicted in our Maintenance Free Installation Guide. This allows for quick, easy, bolt-in installation and a maintenance-free decorative railing. Your deck or porch railing is available in either steel or aluminum. We manufacture to your specifications.

Our Unique Quality Process in Creating Your Deck Railing

NatureRails deck railing panels are cut from heavy gauge steel or aluminum by a high-pressure state-of-the-art water jet machine. Nature Rails fabricates its art designs with use of a water jet machine as well as laser. After the design is cut from the metal it is sandblasted and acid bath dipped for the best clean surface to apply the powder coat to. For exterior products, a thick primer layer of primer powder coating is applied, and then the second layer of powder coating, in the color of your choice, is sprayed on. The decorative railing is then put into an enormous oven to bake on the powder coating at high temperatures.
