Q: How do I order NatureRails™ ?
A: Call 1-888-743-2325 to initiate your order, or fax our online order form to 1-866-202-8616 and a customer service representative will contact your for product details and order confirmation. A 25% product deposit is required to get your order started, and the balance including shipping fees are due prior to shipment. MasterCard VISA and American Express accepted. We also accept personal checks. Please allow 5 days for personal checks to clear & plan accordingly so that your shipment is not delayed. Q:What information is needed to get a quote and place an order?
What size? Width and height are required. Additional measurements needed for incline staircase railing, please fill out our incline measuring guide to start your project. Most NatureRails™ meet 4" code requirements unless otherwise requested. Our NatureRails™ are priced according to a standard height of 30" tall. Please contact a representative if you have questions regarding height and installation options.
Q:Do you have any special building codes to adhere to on your project?
Most US states require railing to meet 4" code, and 36" in height for residential application. Commercial installations in the US and Canada require 42" in height for railings.
Choose from the many exciting mountain wildlife designs at our website, or work with Rob Gerdin - wildlife artist, to create a new design. What theme do your want? South Western? Contemporary? Select from standard Designers Choice products, or work with us to create a custom work of art for your project.
Once your design is completed it is then faxed, mailed, or emailed to you for your approval or revisions. Three hours of design time is included for every 20 feet of railing ordered. Additional design time is rarely needed, but in the event that your project requires a high level of research and design, additional hours are billed at $75.00 per hour.
Q: Can NatureRails™ be used outdoors?
A: Absolutely! They not only look gorgeous, but also have the highest quality finish we can apply! NatureRails™ are powder coated for years of maintenance free enjoyment. Zinc primer is also available for harsh weather and salt water installations.
Q: How are NatureRails™ installed?

Q: How are NatureRails™ shipped?
A: Your products are professionally packaged for shipping and will ship UPS when available or Fed Ex Ground upon request. We have access to most major carriers throughout North America. Larger orders ship ABF Freight Systems. Canadian orders please add 6% Goods and Services Tax payable to Canada Border Services Association based on USD product invoice.
